Working with individuals and communities, we are seeking to make a real difference. Downland is now part of Affinity Sutton, one of the largest independent providers of housing in England.
Today Downland provides over 10,000 homes across 39 local authorities throughout the South East, over Kent, East Sussex,
West Sussex, Hampshire and beyond. Our homes include rented homes in rural communities, towns and urban areas. We also
provide opportunities for shared ownership and provide key worker accommodation
for health and education workers; sheltered
housing for older residents and homes for people with support
needs.
