Data Protection Statement

Downland Housing Association will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection legislation as the data controller for the purposes of managing your tenancy. This may on occasion require disclosure of necessary information to the local authority, benefit agencies, social services, health authorities, police, external contractors and public utilities for the purposes of repairs and maintenance. In the event of a default in your rental payments, Downland may pass your details to a debt collection agency for the purposes of recovering rent arrears.
