Welcome to Downland Housing Association

Welcome to Downland Housing Association Making a real difference

We are a leading housing association aiming to provide affordable housing and housing related services across the south of England. Working with individuals and communities we are making a real difference.

Downland is part of the Affinity Sutton Group, one of the largest independent providers of affordable housing in the country, with 53,000 homes across the country from Plymouth to Newcastle.  A business for social purpose, our surpluses are invested in our communities, our existing homes and our active new homes development programme.

NATIONAL CONVERSATIONNational Conversation

Our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is holding a nationwide discussion on housing standards. Downland is supporting the TSA in their National Conversation, inviting all residents to have their say on what would improve our services. CLICK HERE to find out more!
